Items eligible for return:
- You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged regular-priced clothing items within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must have all original tags and labels attached.
- This policy applies to all clothing items except accessories. Accessories (e.g., belts, ties, socks) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items without original tags and labels attached.
- Accessories (e.g., belts, ties, socks).
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team by phone at 88265-33097 or email at contact@indouvr.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags and labels.
- Ship the item to the address we provide with a trackable shipping method.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to receive a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
